2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on 88nb, users must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• Must use a payment method registered in their own name.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your 88nb account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

88nb may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed. False or incomplete information provided by a user may lead to account termination.

2.4 Account Closure

A user may request closure of their account at any time through support. Similarly, 88nb reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other legitimate reason.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳32,000 or more and receive ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement on the welcome bonus is 15 times. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for gaming.
• If a bonus is cancelled before wagering is complete, any associated winnings will also be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.

4.4 Other Promotional Offers

88nb may run various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant page. 88nb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotional activity.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 88nb platform are conducted fairly. No user may use technical exploits, bots, automated software, or any other unfair method.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets by artificial means for the purpose of exploiting bonus offers.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by coordinating with other users.
• Attempting to commit fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Attempting to interfere with the security of the platform.

6.3 Transaction Review

88nb reserves the right to review all transactions and gaming activity. If any suspicious activity is identified, the relevant account and funds may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of an investigation.

All content on the 88nb platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, code and all other elements — is the intellectual property of 88nb or its content providers. This property is protected by copyright law and international agreements.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any part of the platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 88nb.

88nb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify users at their registered email address.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These Terms are written in English and are to be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh.
